We can see Oh Man-seok focusing all his energy into his practices. He worked on the play 'Yi' (이) right from the start, and he has that sparkle in his eye, as we see him getting ready for this play's 10th year performance.

The play 'Yi' is better known as the original production of the movie 'King and The Clown' which had over ten million viewers. Oh Man-seok portrayed the main character 'Gong-gil' right from the first performance of this play. And he is re-writing the history of this play by performing the main character 5 times over a time period of 10 years.

He perfectly portrays the royal court jester 'Gong-gil' , who receives the affection of the king. Oh Man-seok has been acknowledged as the best actor by the audience and the cast, and with this performance as his last, he plans to stop playing the character 'Gong-gil' . With his final performance just around the corner, he recalled his past performances and brought back memories.

Right from his school days, Oh Man-seok dreamt of performing on stage, and he enrolled in the department of theatrics at the Korea National University of Arts and slowly built his dream of becoming an actor. In 1999, his dream started blooming through the play 'Faust.' And within a year, he received the newcomer of the year award, making his dream come true.

In 2005, Oh Man-seok made an acquaintance with the musical 'Hedwig.' At that time he was just a rookie actor, but at the Korea Musical Awards ceremony held in the same year, he pushed aside other well-known stars and was given the Best Actor Award.

Oh Man-seok is known as a superstar amongst musical lovers, then out of the blue, he made his debut onto small screen productions. He started out in a new outlet at the age of 31, but he roamed about freely in the world of drama and made his presence known to the viewers, receiving more love and support than before.

Oh Man-seok left a strong impression on the viewers and successfully made his debut onto the small screen. Since then, he starred in the dramas 'The Man of the Vineyard' and 'King and I,' making himself known to everyone. But, we cannot forget about the contributions of actresses Yoon Eun-hye and Ku Hye-sun, who worked with him in these dramas.

Actor Oh Man-seok approaches everyone with his unique friendly qualities and comfortable image. And people of all gender and nationality appreciates his true values. As the productions he starred in were exported, a lot of people are showing an interest in actor Oh Man-seok .
