All arrivals to UK to self-isolate for up to 10 days, submit negative COVID-19 test results

Starting from Monday, all arrivals to the UK will be required to self-isolate for up to 10 days, and submit negative COVID-19 test results taken up to three days before departure.
This means the UK will no longer exempt the quarantine period for people arriving from some countries with lower infection rates, including South Korea and New Zealand.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson said the new rules have been put in place to protect against the risk of unidentified new strains of the virus.
He added the government would be stepping up enforcement at the border and in the country.
